An Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

A practical session led by Dr. Robert Bluck

This simple form of meditation can help to

– focus the mind on the present

– diffuse stress

– reduce anxiety

– lower blood pressure

– promote calmness

Robert is an experiment meditator and teacher, and will guide you into this easy-to-learn practice, with instructions and explanation.
